If you can sign in, you do not need to email anyone. Go to Settings → Account & Support → Delete Account, just above Log Out, and confirm.
That records a real deletion request against your account. The row will then read “Requested,” and you can cancel it from the same place at any time before it completes.
You do not have to delete your account to delete data. While you are signed in you can remove individual records yourself, from the screen each one lives on, and the deletion takes effect immediately:
For anything that is not deletable in the app, email Support@local-flow.app with the subject line “Partial Data Deletion Request” and tell us what you want removed. We verify the request came from the account holder and complete it within 30 days.
What is kept: your account, your business profile and your sign-in details stay in place — that is the point of a partial deletion. As with a full deletion, some information may be kept longer where the law requires it, for example financial records tied to completed transactions, or records needed for fraud prevention or to resolve a dispute. Deleting a record does not delete a payment already processed by Stripe or Square, which hold their own transaction records as required by law and their own terms.
Email Support@local-flow.app from the address on your account, with the subject line “Data Deletion Request.” Include:
Some information may be kept longer where the law requires it — for example financial records tied to completed transactions, or records needed for fraud prevention or to resolve a dispute. Full detail is in the Data & Account Deletion Policy.
Deletion is permanent. Export your customer list, invoices, and other records before you request it — export is self-service in the app while your account is active.
If a plumber, electrician, or other contractor keeps records about you in Local Flow, those records belong to that business, not to us. Contact the business directly to ask what they hold, to correct it, or to have it deleted. If they will not respond, email us and we will pass the request on.
To disconnect Facebook or Instagram without deleting your Local Flow account: Settings → Growth → Manage Facebook Account → Delete Account. That removes the connection and any data received through it, and leaves the rest of your account untouched.
